TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF SPINTER will help you if you have any problem with establishing connection on SPINTER or if you don’t manage to adjust your software for using Internet service. On this page you can find instructions for adjusting Windows 95, 98, 2000, HP for connection to Internet, and instructions for adjusting MS Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and Netscape Communicator. Instructions are in PDF size and for its reading it is necessary to have Acrobat Reader.

LIMITING OF ACCESS TO SPINTER
This service is working only in case that your central sends incoming phone number. In case that your phone central doesn’t send incoming phone number, we are not in possibility to make limiting. The easiest way to check if you are in the possibility to use this service is to connect to SPINTER and check your time. If the phone number is included in information about your connection, you are able to use this service.
You have the possibility to limit your access to SPINTER from several phone numbers. If an attempt of connection comes from the number that is not in the list, connection will be disabled.
If you want to have this possibility, you can contact our technical support. To stop malversation, users have to prove their identity if they want to use this service.
